Do you work with packaging companies on a wholesale, white-label basis?
Yes. Print Wisconsin has been 100% trade-only since 1993. We print for packaging converters, box plants, display manufacturers and distributors, blind-ship under your paperwork, and never sell to your end customers.
What run lengths do you print on corrugated?
Anything from a single prototype to multi-thousand-piece production runs. Digital printing needs no plates or steel-rule dies, so short runs, versioned SKUs and seasonal programs are cost-effective. Our multiple swissQprint and Zünd systems also give you overflow capacity on longer runs.
Can you print white ink and varnish on kraft corrugated?
Yes. Our swissQprint UV flatbeds print white ink as an underbase or spot color on kraft and brown board, and apply flood or spot varnish for gloss, contrast and tactile effects.
How accurately can you match brand colors?
Our swissQprint printers run an extended ink set with color-managed workflows built to hit demanding brand colors, including saturated reds, oranges and deep blues. We proof to your targets before production.
What corrugated board can you print and cut?
E, B and C flute single-wall, BC double-wall, kraft, white-top and mottled white liners, honeycomb display board and corrugated plastic, all printed direct-to-board up to 2 inches thick. Our Zünd cutters handle through-cutting, creasing and V-cutting from your dielines.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
We produce in Stanley, Wisconsin, centrally located to Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago and the Upper Midwest. We ship nationwide by ground, LTL and freight. Turnaround is quoted per project, and rush capacity is often available.
What file formats do you accept for dielines?
Print-ready PDF or AI artwork with the dieline on a separate layer, plus DXF and exports from ArtiosCAD or other structural design software.
